Be a Sponsor!

We are looking for sponsors interested in the region´s potential. Below some basic information about the event and the local industry:

· 1500/2000 attendees per year

· 15 /25 conferences in only two days event

· Round tables

· Local and International speakers

Audience

Developers, publishers, managers, industry professionals, students. Our delegates are videogames developers, with a high technological profile and with a lot of knowledge about brands. They are opinion leaders and they are the first ones to probe the tendencies

Sponsorship Proposal

A) Main Sponsor U$S 10.000 + VAT Includes: place to set and stand of 6 meters, bigger logo in all the event communications, also the phrase “powered by XXXX” in al the communications just beside the title of the event, exclusiveness in its category, exclusive sponsor at the round tables, place to put 40 banners all over the conferences rooms and at the exhibition . vip room, private living

B) Gold Sponsor: U$S5000 + VAT. Includes: logo in all the event communications smaller than the Main Sponsor and bigger than the rest categories of sponsors. Place to put an stand of 4 meters. Place to put 20 banners all over the conferences and exhibition rooms.

C) Silver sponsors: U$S 3000 + VAT Includes smaller logo in all the event communications (but bigger than the bronze), place to put a stand of 3 mts,, Place to put 10 banners all over the conference´s and exhibition´s rooms

D) Bronze: U$S1600 + VAT Smaller logo in all the event communications, place to put a 2 mts stand
