about EVA
EVA is the Argentinean Videogame Conference. For the past 7 years EVA has been the most influential industry event in Latin America. EVA hosts talks, workshops and roundtables about video-game design, business, production, music and art. EVA attendees are industry professionals, publishers, investors, students, gamers and technology advocates interested in the video-game industry.

Since our first EVA, 7 years ago, an industry has forged and we can now prowdly say that Argentina, and Latinamerica in general, is in the “videogame map”.
EVA´s contents for 2009 will touch on the problems arising in this new stage of the regional industry:
Current state of the Latinamerican industry, challenges and opportunities facing the future.
- generating value through IP to sustain the growth
- seeing videogames as cultural products and innovate utilizing our own identity
- learning the technical stuff needed to capitalize on the opportunities of the future
